The main growings of the Osteria are based on the tipical products of the Garfagnana such as raspberries, for the production of raspberry jam and syrups, spelt and herbs , like the “bardana”, always following the methods of the biological agriculture and from centuries-old trees of a 3 hectars chestnuts forest, chestnuts fruits which every year at the beginning of December are ground into flour by the grindstones of a mill.
